I keep losing the game

Since I downloaded the new operating system for the iPad I keep losing this game. I tap on the icon it says it is loading and then I get a black screen. I then uninstall it and install it again. I can then play one game, but once I close it out the next day it will not play. Please tell me how to fix this problem?
